Legal agreement for using Post4All's AI-powered social media content creation platform.
By accessing or using Post4All ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by 60.461.245 PASCHOAL LUIZ BRIOSCHI DINIZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using Post4All, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
This agreement is governed by Brazilian law and any disputes will be resolved in the Brazilian courts at the jurisdiction of the company's registered address in Aracruz, EspÃrito Santo, Brazil.
Post4All is an AI-powered social media content creation and automation platform that enables users to generate, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. Our Service includes:
The Service's availability is limited by the language capabilities of OpenAI GPT-4.1 and the publishing restrictions of individual social media platforms in each country.
To use Post4All, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 16 years old to use Post4All. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
14-day trial period with limited features
$39.97/month or $399.70/year (17% savings)
$69.97/month or $699.70/year (17% savings)
The 14-day free trial includes limited features: 1 image post/day, 1 carousel post/day, 1 social media platform, and 1 blog post/week. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
There is no refund policy. The user has 14 days as trial to understand what the system do and how to manage it. The user can also try monthly subscription to use all resources on the system to ensure it is all user's wants, considering to change to an annual subscription if feels comfortable to do it.
You retain full ownership of all content created using Post4All. The content produced is owned exclusively by you, and we only store it for the time necessary to publish it according to your scheduling preferences.
By using our Service, you grant Post4All a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and publish your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Content generated using AI tools (text via OpenAI, images via MidJourney, etc.) becomes your property upon creation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication.
The Post4All platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by 60.461.245 PASCHOAL LUIZ BRIOSCHI DINIZ and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When using Post4All, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service to:
Content created through Post4All must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each social media platform where it will be published. You are responsible for ensuring your content meets these requirements.
You are solely responsible for all content created and published through Post4All, and must respond to any issues or violations related to your content on social media platforms.
You will receive an email notification identifying the specific violation and requesting immediate correction.
Your account will be immediately terminated and all data will be deleted from our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for the Post4All platform. This excludes scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of integrated social media platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
You acknowledge that service limitations may occur due to third-party restrictions, API changes, or platform policies beyond our control.
Post4All is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Post4All and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Post4All, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Your use of Post4All is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (EU), and other applicable data protection laws.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We store your generated content only for the time necessary to publish it according to your scheduling preferences. Personal data is retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Aracruz, EspÃrito Santo, Brazil for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Post4All regarding the use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
